Ayam Goreng (Fried Chicken)
Level: Super Easy
Serves: 5
½ packet of Donald & Lily’s Rempah paste
5 chicken thighs
2 table spoons corn starch
Oil for frying
A handful of curry leaves
Directions:
1) Marinade or rub chicken thighs with Donald & Lily's Rempah Paste
2) Coat with corn starch
2) Heat oil and fry chicken until golden brown,
3) Mix in some curry leaves at the end for garnishing
3) That’s it ! Too easy! This is my goyang kaki (fuss-free, no stress) version.
