Donald Tan & Lily Lee

(陈有财 & 李亜桃)

Donald Tan Yew Chye  陈有财 & Lily Lee Ah Toh 李亜桃 began their trade from a mobile push-cart stall. Selling laksa, char kuey teow and other street food from different locations around Melaka town, such as Gluttons Lane to the padang (field) where Dataran Pahlawan Mall now stands, they later operated their food business from their house on No. 31 Heeren Street (Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock).

It was from their home that the business grew to become the well-known pit-stop for hungry locals and visitors. In 1995, their daughter Jennifer Tan Kim Choo 陈金珠 inherited the family's food legacy, and today continues to spearhead the business.
